About Curalis

Care coordination shouldn't require a spreadsheet

Curalis is a single platform for home care agencies, assisted living facilities, and the families they serve — built to replace fragmented scheduling, medication tracking, and communication with one connected system.

Why we're building this

Coordinating care for another person is already hard. It shouldn't also require juggling a paper caregiver schedule, a separate medication log, a group text thread, and a facility's own intake spreadsheet just to keep everyone on the same page.

Curalis brings caregiver shift scheduling, electronic medication administration records, care plans, and secure messaging into one platform — so a home care agency can staff a shift, a caregiver can log a medication, and a family member can see how their loved one's day went, all without leaving gaps between systems that were never meant to talk to each other.

We're a small, product-focused team building Curalis with home care agencies, assisted living facilities, and families as the people we're designing for — not an afterthought. The platform is still early, and we're building it deliberately: real architecture for tenant isolation and data security first, growth second.

What we're building toward

Built around the care recipient

Every schedule, medication record, and message in Curalis traces back to one person receiving care. The platform is organized around care recipients first, not around whichever tool a given team happens to be using that day.

One record, not five spreadsheets

Home care agencies, assisted living facilities, and the families they work with often coordinate through a patchwork of paper logs, texts, and shared spreadsheets. We built Curalis so scheduling, eMAR, care plans, and messaging live in one system that everyone involved can trust.

Security as a foundation, not an add-on

Because care coordination software touches protected health information by definition, tenant isolation, encrypted transport, and mandatory two-factor authentication were part of the design from day one — not features bolted on later. See our security page for the details.
