Starter, Professional, and Enterprise each cover one facility or agency location — Curalis is a single-location account today, and multi-location support is on our roadmap. Family Free and Family Plus don’t include a facility at all: they’re for a family managing their own relative’s care, not for running an agency.

Pricing questions

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Starter and Professional both start with a free trial — no card details needed to explore the platform with your own schedules, recipients, and staff. Family Free is free permanently, not just for a trial period.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move between any of the plans as your household or agency grows — from Family Free up to Family Plus, or from Starter up to Professional. Enterprise is for an organization that has outgrown Professional’s caregiver and recipient ceilings; talk to us to move to it.

What happens when I reach my plan’s limit?

Adding a new caregiver, care recipient, or family member past your plan’s limit is blocked until you upgrade. Nothing you already have stops working — no shift, visit, medication record, or check-in is ever blocked by your plan.

Do you offer nonprofit or small-agency pricing?

We work with small agencies and nonprofit organizations on pricing that fits their size — reach out through the contact page and we can talk through your situation.

Are the prices on this page final?

Yes. Family Free, Family Plus, Starter, and Professional are billed at the flat monthly prices shown above. Enterprise starts at $250/mo — we quote the exact number because it depends on your organization’s size, not because the number is undecided.
