For Assisted Living & Facilities

Resident care and bed placement in one system

Manage resident care plans, medication schedules, and caregiver task coordination alongside bed availability and residency records — as one multi-tenant organization instead of separate clinical and placement tools.

What’s included

One care plan per resident, kept current

Document each resident’s ADL and IADL support needs in a single care plan that staff can reference alongside the resident’s daily tasks, instead of details spread across notes, binders, and phone calls.

Medication schedules your staff can trust

Scheduled and as-needed medications, witnessed administration, and refusal or missed-dose documentation are recorded electronically and attributed to the staff member who gave them — a real eMAR, not a paper log.

Caregiver tasks, coordinated across residents

Assign and track the tasks staff complete for each resident’s shift, with the resident’s care plan available alongside the task list so staff have that context without hunting for a separate document.

Bed and residency management, connected to placement

Track bed availability and each resident’s ongoing residency in the same system used to match incoming placement leads against what your facility can accommodate — so occupancy stays current as circumstances change.

Frequently asked questions

Can we manage more than one building or unit?

Yes. Your facility’s data is isolated as its own tenant with Postgres row-level security, and staff can work across the units or buildings your organization operates.

How does bed and residency tracking work?

Bed availability and resident residencies are tracked together, so when a resident moves in, transfers, or moves out, that status is reflected in one record rather than a separate spreadsheet kept alongside your care system.

Do caregiver tasks come from the resident’s care plan automatically?

Not automatically — staff add tasks to a shift, and a task can optionally reference the resident’s care plan for context. Staff can also see the current care plan alongside their shift regardless of which tasks are explicitly linked to it.

How does this connect to a placement team finding us residents?

A placement team matches prospective residents to facilities based on the care and support they need, and once someone is placed here, their bed assignment and residency are tracked in the same system — no re-entering the same information twice.
